Ottawa’s Capital Exhibition Centre Announces Rebrand to Cohere Centre in Partnership with Canadian AI Leader
New partnership underscores Cohere’s investment in Ottawa and the region’s growing role as a destination for world-class events, business, and technology in Canada’s national capital.
OTTAWA, ON, April 30, 2026 – The Capital Exhibition Centre, formerly known as the EY Centre, today announced it will officially operate as the Cohere Centre effective May 1, 2026, following a naming rights agreement with Cohere, the leading security-first enterprise AI company, headquartered in Toronto. The Cohere Centre, located at 4899 Uplands Drive in Ottawa, is Ottawa’s largest purpose-built convention and event facility, hosting major corporate, government, and public events annually.

New signage and branding reflecting the Cohere Centre will be unveiled in the coming weeks, bringing the centre’s new identity to life across the full facility.
