Whether you are setting up a single booth or managing a large exhibit, everything you need at the Cohere Centre is available in one place. Some services are provided exclusively by our in-house teams and must be ordered through the Cohere Centre. Others are available through our official show services partners, who you can contact directly.

Exhibitor Services Portal

Electrical and rigging, catering, parking, and IT services are all available to exhibitors through our online Exhibitor Services Portal, powered by Boomer Commerce. Order in advance to confirm your requirements before move-in day.

Our Services & Partners

Everything needed to run a successful event at the Cohere Centre is available on-site, through our in-house teams or our carefully selected official partners. All exclusive services are coordinated through your Event Coordinator.

Services Available Through The Portal

Electrical and Rigging
All electrical connections, display lighting, and overhead rigging within the Cohere Centre must be arranged through our in-house Exhibitor Services Team. This includes temporary electrical installations, power drops, and any items hung from or affixed to the ceiling or walls. All electrical equipment must be CSA or UL approved.

Catering and Food Service
All food and beverage service at the Cohere Centre is provided exclusively by our in-house Culinary Team. This includes in-booth catering, show floor food service, and any food or beverage items for your booth. Exhibitors wishing to distribute product samples must obtain prior written authorization a minimum of 30 days in advance.

Internet and IT Services
Wired and wireless internet connections, network services, and voice and data lines are available exclusively through D.E. Systems, the Cohere Centre’s telecommunications partner. Both high-speed wired and wireless options are available throughout all exhibit halls.

Parking
On-site parking is available to exhibitors and attendees at a flat rate of $10 per day. Over 1,800 ground-level spaces are available, with 29 reserved accessible spaces in the front row of the lot. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or cash.

Show Services: Stronco
Stronco is Canada’s leading provider of trade show and exhibition services. For exhibits at the Cohere Centre, Stronco can assist with booth rentals, pipe and drape, hard wall panels, furniture, flooring, carpet, custom and modular exhibits, installation and dismantling, signage, advance storage, freight forwarding, and customs clearance. Forklifts, carts, and dollies for moving exhibition goods are also available through Stronco.

Printing, Banners and Signage: Ottawa Scene
Ottawa Scene is a full-service large format printing and fabrication company with over 25 years of experience in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Services include event signage and banners, large format printing, ADA-compliant Braille printing, and on-site installation support.

Audio Visual: AV-Canada
AV-Canada is the Cohere Centre’s Official Audio-Visual Partner, with a permanent on-site presence at the venue. Services include audio and sound systems, staging, lighting, video production, webcasting, simultaneous interpretation, and audience response systems.

Key Reminders for Exhibitors

  • All exhibit materials must be delivered through the loading docks at the rear of the building. Public entrances may not be used for freight.

  • The Cohere Centre cannot accept shipments before your contracted move-in date. Contact Stronco for advance storage options.

  • Exhibitors must bring their own tools, ladders, brooms, and hand trucks. These are not available from the Cohere Centre but can be rented through Stronco.

  • All electrical equipment must be CSA or UL approved. Wall and pillar outlets are reserved for Cohere Centre use only and are not available to exhibitors.

  • All decorative materials must be flame retardant. Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on-site during move-in or move-out periods.

  • Vehicles on the show floor require prior approval and must comply with all safety protocols. Vehicles must exit immediately after loading or unloading.
